Return & Refund Policy — Unibranda

Thank you for shopping at Unibranda. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at rabadanjewell5399@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us, as it may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Unibranda will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (size, style, personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at rabadanjewell5399@outlook.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rabadanjewell5399@outlook.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted
